Soundview offers compassionate, supportive care for individuals at various stages of recovery. We provide substance use assessments and Level 1.0 outpatient services through individual and family counseling focused on understanding, growth, and lasting change.

Coaching offers goal-focused support to help individuals build skills, improve clarity, and create meaningful change. Our coaches partner with clients to strengthen motivation, navigate life transitions, and develop practical strategies aligned with personal values and well-being.

Community education provides workshops, presentations, and trainings designed to promote mental health awareness, resilience, and well-being. Soundview partners with organizations and community groups to share practical, evidence-informed tools that support healthier individuals, families, and communities.

Felicia Lynn, BA, SUDPT
Executive Director, Counselor
Felicia founded Soundview Behavioral Health with a simple vision - to build an agency where clinicians feel valued, supported, and equipped to focus on what matters most—their clients.
After years of working as a counselor and witnessing how burnout impacts both providers and the clients they care for, Felicia knew a different approach was needed. She founded Soundview with a clear mission: to create a supportive, well-organized environment where clinicians are empowered and clients receive the highest quality of care. By investing in strong systems, meaningful support, and a healthy clinical culture, Soundview strengthens the wellbeing of providers and ensures exceptional care for every client.

Jeremy Pyke, ARNP
Medical Director, Provider
Jeremy Pyke is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner and provides medication management and counseling. Jeremy grew up in Anacortes, WA, eventually living on the east coast for 14 years. During that time, he attended Rutgers University for his undergraduate degree, going on to attend The College of New Jersey for his graduate degree. He became a registered nurse in 2010 working in the acute care setting, then became a nurse practitioner in 2017. He has a wide variety of experience including family practice, transgender care, and mental health. Jeremy has nearly 20 years of nature connection experience, and uses that experience to move clients toward a deeper connection with themselves.

Ashley Sullivan, ND
Naturopathic Physician - Integrative Mental Health
Dr. Sullivan is a Naturopathic Physician with more than 10 years of experience in primary care and integrative mental health. She earned her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from the National College of Natural Medicine (NCNM) in Portland, Oregon, and specializes in understanding how physical health, the nervous system, and emotional wellbeing interact.
Her approach helps clients move from patterns of survival toward greater resilience and thriving. Dr. Sullivan integrates a range of modalities—including mind–body work, nutrition, lifestyle changes, medication support, botanicals, and nature connection—to meet clients where they are and support them through life’s transitions.
Becoming a parent strengthened her interest in family systems and the challenges caregivers face. Her work often explores how we care for ourselves while caring for others, and how relationships and environments shape personal healing.

Sarah Rich, MA, LMFTA
Counselor
Sarah Rich is a counselor providing mental health and substance use counseling to individuals, couples, and families. She completed her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2025 and brings a strong relational focus to her work, supporting clients as they heal from trauma and strengthen their relationships.
Sarah’s approach is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing from Systems Theory, Intersectionality, and Internal Family Systems. She believes empathy and understanding are essential to effective therapy and strives to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore complex emotions and develop personalized strategies for mental wellness. Sarah is committed to continued professional growth and plans to pursue EMDR certification in the future.

Chaia Wylder, Counselor Intern
Counselor Intern
Chaia is a counselor intern and Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee currently completing her graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Naropa University. She brings a holistic, present-centered, and collaborative approach to counseling, supporting clients in reconnecting with their inner wisdom and capacity for healing.
Her work is grounded in mindfulness-based and somatic practices, drawing from Gestalt therapy, Internal Family Systems, Hakomi, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Chaia’s approach is trauma-informed and culturally responsive, shaped by her experience supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and survivors of domestic and sexual violence. She is also a certified yoga teacher, mind–body coach, and crisis intervention advocate, integrating body awareness and compassion into the therapeutic process.

Isabel "Bella" Brockman, MSW, LICSWA
Counselor | EMDR Trained
Isabel (Bella) is a counselor providing mental health counseling to individuals navigating complex emotional and life challenges. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work in 2024 and brings both professional training and lived understanding to her work with clients experiencing mental health concerns.
Bella’s approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Feminist Theory, Motivational Interviewing, Systems Theory, and Mindfulness. She is EMDR-trained and values building therapeutic relationships grounded in compassion, authenticity, and appropriate humor. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, Bella is committed to providing affirming, inclusive, and trauma-informed care.

Kelsi Harris, SUDP
Clinical Supervisor, Substance Use Disorder Professional
Kelsi Harris is a licensed Substance Use Disorder Professional in Washington State with experience supporting youth, adults, and families navigating substance use, trauma, and acute life transitions. She serves as a Clinical Supervisor across multiple treatment settings, including Soundview Behavioral Health, with a focus on ethical practice, reflective supervision, and sustainable clinical care.
After years of working in high-acuity and crisis-oriented environments, supporting families and youth during periods of instability and system involvement, Kelsi recognized the importance of strong clinical support not only for clients, but for the clinicians serving them. Her work is grounded in trauma-informed, person-centered care, with a strong foundation in motivational interviewing and crisis management. She believes meaningful growth does not happen in the absence of difficulty, but through it. By fostering steady, supportive clinical environments, she is committed to helping clinicians and clients remain present with what is hard—so that clarity, resilience, and something lasting can rise.

Whitney McCormick is a Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee and counselor intern, passionate about supporting clients navigating substance use challenges. He is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling while honing his therapeutic approach, which blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Counseling, and Trauma-Informed Care. A lifelong Bellingham resident, Whitney earned his BA in Multidisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Psychology, Education, and Cultural Studies from Western Washington University. He is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward their goals.

Siv Spain, M.Ed.
Academic & Occupational Coach
Siv Spain is a life coach and educator passionate about helping clients develop their skills, confidence, and self-understanding. With a background in teaching English, social studies, and literacy to diverse learners, Siv specializes in supporting students and adults in building reading, writing, and executive function skills, as well as navigating life transitions. She is currently in training to become Orton-Gillingham certified, further enhancing her ability to provide evidence-based literacy support.
Holding a Master’s in Anthropology and a teaching certification in English and Social Studies, Siv combines her expertise in learning, cross-cultural understanding, and individualized coaching to help clients uncover their strengths and reach their goals. Outside of her work, she enjoys reading, skiing, hiking, yoga, and exploring new cultures through travel.
