Do you accept insurance?

We are currently in the process of becoming credentialed with all major insurance plans, including Molina (Medicaid). We anticipate being fully able to accept insurance by February 2026.
In the meantime, many clients choose to pay out-of-pocket and request a superbill for possible reimbursement from their insurance provider.

What insurance plans do you accept?

Soundview is in the process of contracting with the following insurance plans, and we anticipate full acceptance by February 2026:
Molina (Medicaid), Regence, Premera, Kaiser Permanente of Washington, Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth, First Choice Health, Moda, and LifeWise.

Do you accept Medicare?

Not currently. However, there are mental-health and substance-use support options covered by Medicare (or other public insurance) in Washington state — and we’re happy to help you find them. Below are some resources you can use now:

  • 1-800-MEDICARE: Call this number to get a list of providers who accept medicare.

  • Psychology Today: Find providers in Washington who accept Medicare.

What are your private pay rates?

SBH Rates

    • Comprehensive Mental Health Assessment (60-90 minutes) - $190

    • Individual Counseling (50 min) - $155

    • Family/Couples Counseling (50-60 min) - $175

    • Initial Visit (60 min) - $295

    • Medication Management Follow-Up (25-30 min) - $185

    • Extended Medication Management (45-50 min) - $225

  • Life / Educational / Executive Function Coaching (50 min) - $140

    Extended Coaching Session (75-80 min) - $225
