IIf we are not in-network with your insurance plan, you may still be able to use your out-of-network (OON) benefits. In some cases, we can submit claims on your behalf, or you may submit them yourself. Reimbursement depends on your specific plan, and you may be responsible for a portion of the cost (such as your deductible or coinsurance).
You may also choose to self-pay. Upon request, we can provide a superbill for services that have been paid in full, which you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
We’re happy to help you understand your expected costs before getting started.
-
We recommend contacting your insurance directly and asking:
Do I have out-of-network benefits?
What is my deductible?
What percentage do you reimburse for outpatient mental health?
We can also help guide you through this process.

Copays, coinsurance, and self-pay balances are due at the time of service and are charged to the card on file that day. Any remaining balances are processed on Fridays, and an email receipt is sent afterward.

Insurance processing can include deductibles, coinsurance, or retroactive adjustments. We’re happy to review your account with you.

Our rates vary by provider and service. If you’re using insurance, your cost will depend on your plan (copay, deductible, or coinsurance).
If you’re paying out-of-pocket, we’re happy to share our current rates with you—just reach out. We’ve intentionally set our fees to balance sustainability with accessibility for our community.
