Our Services
Care that considers the whole person
Mental health is rarely separate from the rest of life. Our emotional well-being can be shaped by physical health, relationships, identity, past experiences, substance use, neurodivergence, work, family, and the systems we have to navigate.
Soundview brings multiple forms of care together in one practice so you can receive thoughtful, coordinated support without being reduced to a diagnosis or expected to figure everything out alone.
How we can support you
Counseling Services
Individual, couples, and family counseling provides space to understand what you are experiencing, identify what you need, strengthen relationships, and develop meaningful ways forward.
Our therapists work with a wide range of concerns, including:
Anxiety and depression
Trauma and difficult life experiences
Grief and loss
Relationship and family concerns
Identity and life transitions
Neurodivergence
Stress, burnout, and emotional regulation
Substance use and recovery
Personal growth and greater self-understanding
Our counseling team includes independently licensed clinicians, associate-level clinicians, and graduate interns working under clinical supervision. This allows us to offer individual, couples, and family counseling across different areas of expertise, levels of experience, and fee options.
Medication Management
Medication can be one useful part of mental health care. Our psychiatric provider offers evaluation, prescribing, and ongoing medication management through a collaborative process that considers your symptoms, goals, history, and overall well-being.
Services may include:
Comprehensive evaluation
Medication initiation and adjustment
Ongoing medication monitoring
Collaborative treatment planning
Coordination with therapists and other healthcare providers
Gender-affirming medication care
Medication decisions are made with you—not simply for you.
Integrative Mental Health Care
Emotional and physical health are deeply connected. Our naturopathic physician provides integrative mental health care that considers the biological, medical, environmental, and lifestyle factors that may affect how you feel.
Care may include:
Comprehensive health evaluation
Review of physical contributors to mental health symptoms
Nutrition and lifestyle support
Laboratory assessment when appropriate
Medication and supplement review
Collaborative care with mental health and medical providers
The goal is not to explain every emotional experience as a physical problem. It is to make sure the whole picture is being considered.
You do not have to know exactly what you need before reaching out.
We can begin there together.
Coaching and Practical Support
Sometimes the difficulty is not knowing what needs to happen—it is organizing, initiating, or sustaining the steps required to make it happen.
Coaching and practical support may help with:
Creating routines and workable systems
Identifying barriers and next steps
Navigating life transitions
Strengthening follow-through
Practicing boundaries and communication
Connecting with community resources
Coordinating care and support
Coaching is not psychotherapy or crisis care. It can be used independently or alongside clinical treatment when practical, structured support would be helpful.
