  • Ask your provider to send you an invitation to set up your Patient Portal, then follow these steps:

    1. Look for the Invitation Email

    2. Create Your Login

    3. Log in to the Portal

      • View appointments

      • Complete intake forms

      • Send secure messages

      • Access billing statements and receipts

    4. Bookmark the Portal

      • Save the login page in your brower

  • To refill a prescription:

    • Contact your pharmacy

    • Ask them to send your provider a refill request

    • Confirm they have the correct provider and Soundview’s fax number (360.719.4759)

    • You can follow up with a message your provider via the Patient Portal

  • You can schedule, cancel, or reschedule by contacting your provider directly or reaching out to our front desk. We’re happy to help coordinate.

    Please note that cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee in accordance with our policy.

  • Absolutely. Your care should like the right fit.

    We do encourage you to first talk with your current therapist, especially if there are adjustments that could be made within your sessions to better support your needs. Sometimes a conversation can help clarify goals or shift the approach in a helpful way.

    That said, you are always welcome to request a change. You can let your therapist know directly, or reach out to us at mia@soundviewbh.com and we’ll help coordinate the transition.

    Please keep in mind that each provider has different availability, so we’ll work with you to find the best possible match based on your preferences and scheduling needs.

  • Yes. As a multidisciplinary group, we can coordinate care across therapy, medication management, and other services when appropriate.

  • The best way is through the secure patient portal or your provider’s preferred method of communication.

    For urgent concerns, please follow crisis resources or seek immediate care.

  • Updates can be submitted through the client portal or by contacting our administrative team.

  • We’ll do our best to accommodate you within your scheduled time. Sessions typically end at the original scheduled time to respect all clients’ appointments.
