Felicia leads Soundview’s operations, program development, provider support, and community relationships. She believes in education as empowerment, independence without isolation, sharing information as an act of care, and that almost anything can be clarified with a well-formatted spreadsheet. She is happy to follow a rule that makes sense—and equally happy to propose a better one, with supporting evidence, when it doesn’t.
