1. You send us an inquiry.

We will ask for basic information about the person seeking care, the type of support being requested, insurance coverage, scheduling needs, and any provider preferences.

2. Our team reviews the request.

We consider which providers offer the requested service, participate with the person’s insurance, have appropriate availability, and may be a good fit.

3. We contact you.

A member of our administrative team will reach out to discuss available options, answer questions, and explain the next steps.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a provider-client relationship or guarantee placement with a specific provider. It gives us the information needed to determine whether an appropriate option is currently available.

4. You may be asked about:

  • The person’s age

  • The primary reason care is being requested

  • Preferred days and times

  • In-person or telehealth preference

  • Insurance plan or private-pay needs

  • Provider preferences

  • Accessibility or communication needs

  • Whether medication management, counseling, integrative care, or coaching is being requested

You do not need to prepare a complete history before contacting us.

Insurance and costs

Soundview providers participate with several commercial insurance networks, but participation varies by provider and service.

Our administrative team can help verify benefits and explain expected costs before the first appointment. Private-pay and limited reduced-fee options may also be available.
