How can we help?
Soundview Behavioral Health provides collaborative, affirming outpatient care for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in Bellingham and throughout Washington by telehealth.
Our multidisciplinary team offers counseling, medication management, integrative mental health care, and practical support—with thoughtful coordination and a commitment to helping each person find the right fit.
Counseling

Collaborative psychiatric medication evaluation and ongoing management.Integrative Mental Health Care
Care that considers physical health, nervous-system functioning, lifestyle, and emotional well-being together.Neurodivergent-Affirming Care
Affirming care is more than a welcoming statement. It influences how we communicate, what we assume, how we understand distress, and whether the person receiving care is expected to fit the system—or the system is willing to respond to the person
We value direct communication, informed choice, curiosity, accommodation, and respect for the many ways people experience and move through the world.
Provider matching
You do not need to choose the right provider by yourself.
Tell us what you are looking for, and our administrative team will help identify available options based on the type of care needed, insurance coverage, scheduling preferences, and provider fit.
Different providers. Shared responsibility.
Soundview’s clinicians bring different backgrounds, areas of expertise, and ways of working. What connects them is a commitment to ethical, affirming, and thoughtful care.
Our collaborative structure allows providers to consult, coordinate, and learn from one another while remaining attentive to each client’s individual needs, preferences, and autonomy.
Using insurance? We can help.
Soundview providers participate with several commercial insurance networks, including Premera, LifeWise, Regence, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare/Optum, First Choice Health Network, and Kaiser PPO.
Participation varies by provider, service, and individual plan. Our administrative team can verify benefits, explain expected costs, and help you understand your options before care begins.
For professionals and community partners
We welcome referrals from medical and behavioral health providers, schools, case managers, community organizations, and other professionals.
You do not need to identify a specific Soundview provider before referring. Send us the information you have, and our team will help determine whether an appropriate provider and service are available.
Our Community Spotlight highlights local organizations, professionals, programs, and resources contributing meaningful work in our community. It is one way we strengthen connections, share trusted resources, and help people learn about support available beyond Soundview.
Let’s find the right place to begin.
Whether you are looking for care for yourself, helping someone you love, or making a professional referral, our team is here to help you understand the available options.

Felicia Lynn, BA, SUDPT
Executive Director, Counselor
Felicia founded Soundview Behavioral Health with a simple vision - to build an agency where clinicians feel valued, supported, and equipped to focus on what matters most—their clients.
After years of working as a counselor and witnessing how burnout impacts both providers and the clients they care for, Felicia knew a different approach was needed. She founded Soundview with a clear mission: to create a supportive, well-organized environment where clinicians are empowered and clients receive the highest quality of care. By investing in strong systems, meaningful support, and a healthy clinical culture, Soundview strengthens the wellbeing of providers and ensures exceptional care for every client.
